Job summary

Kaizen Institute Netherlands zoekt een Junior Consultant om de eerste stappen in een carrière als consultant te zetten. Je analyseert processen, zoekt verbeterpunten en faciliteert Kaizen-evenementen bij klanten in verschillende sectoren.

Je hebt een relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding en toont nieuwsgierigheid, leergierigheid en een proactieve houding. Reisbereidheid en goede communicatie sluiten aan bij een dynamisch, internationaal team.

Responsibilities

• Visueel in kaart brengen en beoordelen van end-to-end processen om inefficiënties en bottlenecks te vinden.
• Analyse van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve data om verbeterkansen te identificeren.
• Leiden van Kaizen-evenementen en snelle verbeterworkshops bij klanten.
• Herontwerpen van bedrijfsprocessen voor meetbare prestatieverbeteringen.
• Vertalen van strategie naar dagelijkse acties en teams helpen doelen te bereiken.

What do we expect from you?

• Visibly map and assess end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks.


• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Lead Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops at clients.


• Redesign business processes to achieve measurable performance improvements.


• Translate strategy into daily actions and help teams truly achieve their goals.

Your profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's, in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or (Technical) Business Administration).


• Analytical, curious and driven to solve problems.


• Proactive attitude, adaptability and a strong willingness to learn.


• Strong communication skills and a true team player.


• Willing to travel and work on location (driving licence B required).


• English required, Dutch a plus
