Job summary

vidaXL in Venlo is looking for a Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support at various locations. You will ensure all IT equipment functions smoothly, supporting employees with their laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch. Benefits include 25 vacation days, pension plan, and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a user-facing environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between locations.
• Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees.
• Set up and maintain user workplaces and devices.
• Support connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network access).
• Handle service desk tickets and document solutions.
• Maintain hardware inventory and prepare devices for reuse.
