Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite backfill support in Venlo, Netherlands. The role is flexible, project-based and on-call, ideal for IT professionals seeking additional income with international clients.

You will handle desktop/laptop support, Windows OS issues, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and LAN networking knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite in Venlo, NL.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve them.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.

• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred

• CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft, or similar certification.
• Experience working in corporate IT environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user administration.
