Job summary

Wlgroup in The Hague seeks a support engineer to diagnose issues across software, hardware and integrations, and to guide development with clear requirements. The role involves on-site work with a regular on-call rota and close collaboration with multiple teams.

You will handle day-to-day applications, maintenance, performance statistics and release-related deployment activities, while contributing to architecture choices and security-aligned interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic ability across software, hardware and integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs and integration techniques.
• Proven ability to track, communicate, and coordinate resolutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues across software, hardware and integrations to find root causes.
• Support day-to-day applications: maintenance, performance metrics, deployment activity.
• Contribute to solution architecture: weigh cost, performance and scalability, document decisions.
• Define interfaces and components for cloud or on-premise solutions in line with security.
• Elicit and document requirements for key areas and keep the baseline honest.
• Plan and track development work, update stakeholders, report progress.
• Participate in on-call rotation for second-line support.
