Job summary

MSD is seeking a Data & Digital Marketing Specialist for our Benelux team based in Boxmeer or Brussels. You will ensure data accuracy and enable personalized omnichannel customer experiences across in-person and digital touchpoints.

You’ll work on data governance, CRM/BI tools (Power BI, Salesforce) and marketing technologies to support data-driven decisions and efficient campaigns. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM data governance.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (incl. Power BI, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch/English.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Support: Monitor, clean and validate customer datasets; maintain data governance; collaborate with IT to gather requirements; manage incidents; connect field activities with digital touchpoints.
• Digital Marketing: Rollout and optimize websites, CRM systems and marketing technologies; maintain websites and Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys; enable coordinated omnichannel campaigns.
