RED Global in the Netherlands is looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) leader to run an established MDM team responsible for customer, supplier and product master data across the Benelux region.

You will lead and coach the team, ensure high‑quality master data, improve operational processes and team performance, and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and IT while supporting SAP‑related system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an MDM or Master Data team.
• Experience with SAP (ECC and/or CRM preferred).
• Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
