Job summary

Føn Energy Services is expanding its Offshore Wind Project Management team. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to close-out, coordinating resources, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with international exposure. You will work closely with senior management, external contractors, and customers, reporting to the Project Director of Offshore Wind Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years track record in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel and/or work abroad for short periods (mobilization/demobilization).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and own project deliverables from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans with tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Define clear objectives, scope, success criteria and align with business goals.
• Manage risk reviews and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers/partners.
• Interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and management.
• Prepare work instructions, work packages, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, procedures, and standards.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and status updates.
• Monitor performance with stage gates, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Capture and share lessons learned to drive future improvements.
