Job summary

FønEnergyServices in IJmuiden is seeking a Project Engineer to support offshore wind projects. You will connect onshore project management with offshore execution, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest HSE and quality standards.

You will be involved in project planning, documentation, procurement coordination and technical follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• VCA/VOL certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work offshore occasionally.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical files and HSE-related materials.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
• Assist in project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
