Job summary

Siemens Energy Offshore is seeking an Advanced Operations Coordinator to oversee maintenance and operational activities for a designated wind farm. You will be the central point for short-term planning, coordinating resources and communicating with teams to improve safety and productivity on-site.

You will manage daily and weekly work schedules, lead briefings, and dispatch technicians with required tools and documentation, while collaborating with Senior Technicians and long-term planners to

Qualifications

• Secondary education or vocational training with relevant experience in service coordination or planning.
• Experience as a Service Coordinator, Planner, or in a similar operational scheduling role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Oracle; knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Availability for a 4 days on-4 days off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly work plans for technician teams and dispatch crews with tools and documentation.
• Conduct morning briefings and weather considerations; adjust plans based on real-time conditions.
• Monitor progress and keep site management informed with updates.
• Log activities accurately in the ERP system and maintain compliance with HSE standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Technicians and Operational Planners to optimize schedules.
