Job summary

Our Partner is seeking a Commercial / Tender Manager to drive the full tender process for offshore and maritime projects. You will coordinate bids, steer negotiations, and align engineers, finance and operations to deliver compelling proposals on time.

In this role you’ll manage contract risks, optimise cost estimates and lead internal bid meetings. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a big advantage, and you’ll thrive in a proactive, commercially minded team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tender engineering/management in offshore/maritime sectors.
• Familiarity with contract standards (like BIMCO), estimation tools, and project software.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a big advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve tender procedures from A to Z;
• Coordinate internal bid input and compile cost-effective proposals;
• Analyse client requests and identify contractual risks;
• Organise bid meetings and ensure timely submissions;
• Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial milestones;
• Support follow-up on commercial leads with the Commercial Manager.
