Job summary

Blue Offshore, a leading Dutch service provider in offshore Oil & Gas and Renewables, is seeking a Commercial / Tender Manager. You will coordinate tender processes, gather input from internal teams, and craft competitive bid documentation to meet client requirements.

This role links clients, subcontractors and internal departments, supporting commercial evaluations, contract reviews and handover after award. A dynamic, international team awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in maritime, offshore or marine contracting.
• Degree in commercial management, business studies, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset; good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license (B).
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activities related to tenders, budget requests and client enquiries.
• Coordinate pre-bid Sales & Marketing activities and support evaluations.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals in line with company objectives.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Hand over to project team after contract award.
