Job summary

U-People is seeking a Tender Manager to lead international tender processes for complex offshore projects from analysis to proposal submission and contract negotiations.

You will coordinate engineering, finance, legal and project controls teams, oversee installation methodologies and cost estimates, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality tenders within deadlines, with travel to international client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in offshore installation projects and/or tender management.
• Experience with dredging, seabed intervention or offshore construction is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex tender processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short business trips.

Function:

As Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing international tenders and commercial opportunities for complex offshore projects.

You will lead the tender process from initial analysis through to proposal submission and contract negotiations, coordinating technical, operational and commercial teams to develop competitive project proposals.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating international tender processes for offshore projects.
• Analysing tender requirements and developing technical and commercial proposals.
• Leading multidisciplinary tender teams, including engineering, finance, legal and project controls.
• Overseeing installation methodologies, project planning and cost estimates.
• Identifying technical and commercial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
