Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking a Sales Manager (Offshore) to grow and protect an offshore client portfolio across Europe. You will lead strategic account plans, nurture senior relationships and drive profitability through negotiations and coordinated regional efforts.

The role requires shipping, logistics or maritime expertise, and will involve cross-country collaboration and travel across Europe. Hybrid location in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics or related discipline.
• Commercial and contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of offshore marine services, vessel operations and port agency activities.
• Interest in offshore wind, subsea cable and oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic account plans for assigned offshore customers.
• Build senior-level relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Lead proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee service delivery and resolve issues to improve performance.
