Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Benelux and German markets. The role is permanent and hybrid, covering the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You will build strong customer relationships, lead strategic account plans, and manage negotiations and pricing while collaborating with country operations and global teams to position Inchcape as the partner of choice.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of marine services and shipping industry.
• Proven commercial experience with revenue growth.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and pricing.
• Experience working in a matrix, multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Develop deep understanding of customer businesses to identify opportunities and deliver value.
• Manage strategic account plans, engagement and reviews to strengthen relationships and retention.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline including cross-selling and upselling the company’s services.
• Achieve sales, revenue, growth and profitability targets while supporting regional/global initiatives.
• Lead negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, pricing, and proposal development.
• Ensure alignment with operations during onboarding and service expansion.
