Job summary

Lutech Resources in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Project Regulatory Manager to oversee all regulatory compliance activities across the EPCI lifecycle for a major offshore energy project.

You'll coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders, manage permits and certifications, and ensure alignment with international regulations. This senior role requires 10+ years in offshore oil & gas, fluent English, and a hybrid work setup in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• 10+ years of offshore oil & gas industry experience.
• Proven experience managing regulatory compliance on large offshore or FPSO projects.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory management across the EPCI lifecycle.
• Interface with regulatory authorities, clients, and project teams.
• Identify applicable legislation, regulations, permits, and certification requirements.
• Develop and maintain FPSO Regulatory Management Plan and compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections.
• Provide regular reporting on regulatory status, risks and compliance to leadership.
