Job summary

Restart BV seeks a Project Regulatory Manager for an offshore FPSO project. You will lead a team of regulatory engineers and coordinate interfaces between regulators, the client and the project team.

The role requires 10 years of offshore experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Naval Engineering; you will develop FPSO regulatory management plans and ensure compliance through all project phases, from design to delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of offshore/regulatory experience in complex projects.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) across multinational teams.
• Ability to lead regulatory engineers, site engineers and inspectors in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and interpret interfaces between legislation, regulators, client and project team.
• Identify applicable legislations to ensure compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate timely implementation of regulatory requirements during all project phases.
• Raise awareness of regulatory requirements among project personnel to ensure adherence.
• Develop FPSO Regulatory Management Plan and ensure regulatory deliverables meet project requirements.
• Report status of regulatory management activities throughout the EPCI cycle.
