Job summary

Bennetboss seeks a Profile Project Regulatory Manager to steer regulatory strategy across large offshore energy developments. You will own compliance from concept to operation, guiding a team of engineers and inspectors while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.

English fluency is required. Responsibilities include identifying applicable legislation, developing the regulatory plan, and ensuring timely regulatory deliverables and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Naval Engineering.
• 10 years offshore industry experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Identify applicable legislation, regulations and classification requirements.
• Develop and maintain the project Regulatory Management Plan.
• Coordinate compliance with clients, authorities and project stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory requirements across all project phases.
• Lead audits, surveys, reviews and regulatory acceptance activities.
• Verify certification packages and regulatory deliverables before handover.
• Report compliance status, progress and risks to project management.
• Guide regulatory engineers, site engineers and inspectors.
