Job summary

Bennetboss seeks a Profile Project Regulatory Manager to steer regulatory strategy across large offshore energy developments. You will own compliance from concept to operation, guiding a team of engineers and inspectors while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.

English fluency is required. Responsibilities include identifying applicable legislation, developing the regulatory plan, and ensuring timely regulatory deliverables and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Naval Engineering.
• 10 years offshore industry experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

• Report compliance status, progress and risks to project management.

Profile Project Regulatory Manager

Do you enjoy navigating complex regulatory requirements and ensuring major engineering projects remain compliant from concept through to operation? Are you ready to take ownership of regulatory strategy on large-scale offshore energy developments?

We are looking for a Project Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory compliance throughout the full project lifecycle.

In this role, you will ensure that all applicable laws, regulations, classification requirements and project standards are identified, implemented and monitored. You will act as the key point of contact for regulatory matters across the project and coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams. You will also lead a team of regulatory engineers, site engineers and inspectors to deliver compliance objectives throughout the project.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Identify applicable legislation, regulations, industry codes and classification requirements
• Develop and maintain the project Regulatory Management Plan
• Coordinate compliance requirements with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
• Monitor the implementation of regulatory requirements across all project phases
• Lead audits, surveys, reviews and regulatory acceptance activities
• Verify certification packages and regulatory deliverables before project handover
• Report compliance status, progress and risks to project management
• Guide and support regulatory engineers, site engineers and inspectors
