Job summary

Insignis Talent Netherlands seeks a Project Manager to lead complex offshore operations (ROV, diving, rope access) from tender handover to close-out. You will own execution, ensuring safe, profitable delivery and tight budget control.

Based in Den Helder on-site, you will coordinate planning, reporting, site visits, and cross-disciplinary work, while upholding QHSE standards and client relations. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore campaigns with ROV, diving or rope access.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage technical project controls.
• Knowledge of QHSE, risk assessment, ISO, and SCC/VCA standards.
• Excellent English and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, profitable execution of ROV, diving, and rope access campaigns.
• Maintain full budgetary and contractual control; resolve client disputes.
• Lead QHSE compliance, HIRA risk registers, and ISO / SCC standards.
• Coordinate planning, reporting, and site visits across disciplines.
• Support tenders and contract negotiations with operational insight.
