Job summary

Boskalis Offshore Energy Fleet Management seeks an experienced ROV Supervisor (Offshore) to lead ROV operations from vessels, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of subsea tasks. You will supervise ROV pilots, coordinate live operations, and align activities with project plans and company procedures.

The role requires leadership, 5+ years ROV experience, and IMCA-recognised competence. Supervisory responsibilities include monitoring shifts and maintaining mission readiness in challenging offshore

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ROV experience.
• 180 days of operational time as Senior Pilot/Technician (IMCA R02).
• Proven leadership of ROV operations, including shift supervision.
• Experience piloting complex subsea operations (intervention, tooling, inspection).
• IMCA ROV Supervisor logbook with supervisory entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all ROV activities during assigned shifts, ensuring safe execution.
• Oversee piloting of inspection/light Work-Class ROV systems and tooling.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, client specs, procedures and IMCA guidance.
• Review execution plans, pre-dive checklists, system readiness, and reports.
• Monitor system status, telemetry and video feeds; escalate issues with Base.
