Job summary

Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services in Den Helder is seeking a Rope Access Level 3 IRATA Supervisor to lead offshore coating and rope access activities. You will supervise, mentor the team, ensure safety, quality and compliance on 14-days-on/14-days-off rotations.

You will prepare permits, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with the client and office, and drive continuous improvement while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore environments and supervision.
• MBO Level 4 or equivalent working/thinking level.
• IRATA Level 3 and First Aid certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rope access and coating/inspections to meet quality standards.
• Prepare and issue work permits in accordance with safety regulations.
• Identify and manage risks and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead and support the offshore team, coordinating with client and office.
• Act as primary client contact during project execution.
