Job summary

Heerema Marine Contractors in Leiden seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore installation and decommissioning projects from tender to close-out, with a strong commercial focus and ownership of contract outcomes.

You will build and lead cross-functional teams, drive HSE and quality performance, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with clients to optimize value while maintaining risk controls. Offshore availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in offshore industry with project management.
• Proven commercial acumen in contracts, claims and negotiations.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, identify deviations, negotiate variations to optimize financial results.
• Lead client discussions with a strong commercial mindset and influence outcomes.
• Build and lead project teams, supporting development of team members.
