Job summary

Akira Energy seeks an experienced Offshore Materials Coordinator (MATCO) for a production platform in the Dutch North Sea. The role is hands-on, mixing physical materials coordination with digital administration, reporting to offshore and onshore teams.

You will receive, register, store and distribute materials on board, ensuring correct checks, stock accuracy and traceability, with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and a duration of roughly six months.

Qualifications

• Experience as MATCO or similar role offshore.
• Understanding of offshore logistics and materials management.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient with digital materials management systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, equipment and supplies.
• Register and process incoming/outgoing materials and update stock records.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and documents.
• Coordinate storage and internal distribution on the platform.
• Coordinate backloads and return shipments; ensure traceability.
