Job summary

Akira Energy is seeking an experienced Work Preparator Electric Instrumentation in Den Helder, The Netherlands. You will translate maintenance needs into prepared work packages for onshore and offshore facilities, ensuring safe, timely execution.

You will liaise with Operations, Planning and Procurement to coordinate resources, materials and services, with offshore visits as part of the role and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation.
• CompEx certification or equivalent qualification.
• Competent Person HV/LV qualification beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake offshore visits and medically fit.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and propose effective solutions with technicians and operations.
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance work packages with scopes, materials and services.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Create and update work orders and SAP task lists.
• Identify materials, raise purchase requisitions, and track availability.
• Ensure readiness of work packages for execution and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Support risk assessments and HSSE compliance in maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with planners, supervisors and stakeholders for efficient maintenance.
