Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel seeks a Construction Base Harbour Site Manager for a major offshore wind farm based in the Netherlands. You will lead HSE, oversee the day-to-day supervision of the Harbour site team and coordinate harbour operations to ensure safety and project delivery.

Responsibilities include planning and deploying maintenance teams according to construction priorities, managing permits in the Client's PTW system, attending project and daily meetings, and liaising with

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in industrial-technical operations.
At least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in offshore operation planning or coordinating.
Practical offshore installation experience is an advantage.
Full GWO training certification.
Proficient in English; Dutch language fluency preferred.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the site team in Harbour.
Coordinate maintenance deployment per Construction priorities.
Monitor permits in PTW system.
Participate in daily meetings and project meetings.
Liaise with Site Access Security Contractor, warehouse coordinator, client operations and maintenance teams.
Lead toolbox talks and offshore safety briefings.
Act as host for visiting project team and contractors.
