Job summary

We ARE Renewables seeks a Site Manager – Offshore Wind to lead day-to-day offshore service operations from IJmuiden. You will coach Shift Supervisors, coordinate resources, and maintain alignment with client expectations, driving safe and efficient delivery.

The role involves regular offshore presence, leadership of technical teams, and ensuring plans and schedules are executed with high visibility to stakeholders. Strong safety credentials and Dutch/English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• HBO-level engineering education or equivalent, with strong technical background.
• Proven offshore wind operations leadership experience.
• Experience in coordinating teams, resources, and schedules in offshore settings.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to obtain required safety certifications where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to offshore shifts and technical support teams.
• Coordinate daily offshore operations and monitor progress against plans.
• Prepare operational plans and shift schedules for optimal resource deployment.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and promote a safe working environment.
• Regularly travel offshore to support operations and leadership presence.
