Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Lead Contract Manager for a major offshore wind project in The Netherlands. The ideal candidate will support contract-related activities, negotiate and manage project contracts including BIMCO charter parties, and provide commercial and contractual advice to various teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Engineering, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, ideally within offshore wind or major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Contract Manager in offshore wind or major infrastructure.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing project contracts.
• Knowledge of BIMCO charter parties, particularly Windtime and SupplyTime.

Responsibilities

• Support all contract-related activities across offshore wind projects.
• Negotiate and manage project contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
• Assist with change orders, variations, claims, and documentation.
