Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not essential.
Vocational Qualification in a relevant construction or engineering discipline, or equivalent demonstrated site management experience.
Experience in wind energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent the Operations Manager on-site, ensuring day-to-day activities meet HSE, quality and environmental standards.
Act as Principal Contractor Representative and monitor RAMS, access control, and work authorizations.
Chair weekly safety meetings, lead toolbox talks, and ensure a zero-harm culture on site.
Coordinate with clients, project teams, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee on-site procurement, budgeting, and documentation management to support project goals.
