Job summary

Royal IHC Offshore Energy is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager Offshore Energy to identify, pursue and secure complex maritime projects across offshore wind, cable laying and subsea solutions.

You will lead tender processes, build trusted relationships with vessel owners and contractors, and collaborate with Design & Estimation, Engineering and Project Delivery to translate customer challenges into compelling Royal IHC proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent professional capability.
• Solid track record in maritime industry with commercial experience.
• Excellent English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Offshore Energy.
• Identify and pursue new business across offshore wind, cable laying, subsea markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with vessel owners, contractors and developers.
• Lead complex sales processes: qualification, bid strategies, tender management and contract closing.
• Collaborate with Design & Estimation and Engineering to build compelling proposals.
• Represent Royal IHC at meetings, conferences and events worldwide.
