Royal IHC Offshore Energy is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the commercial strategy for offshore energy markets, including wind, cable laying and subsea solutions. You will identify and secure opportunities, build trusted relationships with vessel owners and developers, and guide opportunities from market engagement through tender and contract award.
Reporting to the Director Custom Vessels, you will collaborate with Design & Estimation, Engineering, and Business Development teams to craft
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional capability.
- Proven experience in senior commercial, sales or business development roles in offshore/maritime/capital equipment industries.
- Strong knowledge of offshore energy markets (wind, cable laying, subsea).
- Established network within offshore energy and maritime sectors.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Offshore Energy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in offshore wind, cable-laying, subsea markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with vessel owners and contractors.
- Lead sales processes from market engagement to tender, negotiations and contract closing.
- Collaborate with Design & Estimation and Engineering to craft proposals.
- Represent Royal IHC at meetings, conferences, and market events.
