Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Ocean Tender Manager to coordinate and manage customer ocean freight tenders from intake through submission. You will ensure tender requirements are reviewed, pricing inputs collected, deadlines tracked, and final responses aligned with business strategy.

You will collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and regional teams to gather inputs, track timelines, and consolidate pricing, terms, and exceptions for tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight tender management and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of trade lanes and rate structures.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean tender intake and cross-functional review.
• Analyze tender requirements: lanes, volumes, equipment, terms.
• Gather inputs from Product, Pricing, Sales, and Operations.
• Track timelines, milestones, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare complete pricing requests and final submissions.
• Support post-award communications and implementation.
