Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own ocean freight pricing activities, support carrier cost analysis, RFQ responses, and pricing governance across European lanes. You will partner with Product, Sales and Operations to ensure pricing is competitive, profitable, and aligned with margin guidelines while delivering clear communication to stakeholders.

Experience with CargoWise, Excel and Power BI is preferred, and the role may involve coordinating with regional teams to secure

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight pricing, procurement, forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI or pricing system experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CargoWise, Freightos/WebCargo, CargoSphere, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ocean freight rates, surcharges, market trends, and carrier cost structures.
• Prepare pricing for RFQs, spot quotes, and contract opportunities.
• Support ocean product strategy by identifying market gaps, margin risks, and carrier competitiveness.
• Maintain and update ocean rate files, tariffs, and pricing tools.
• Review carrier offers and compare against market benchmarks.
• Coordinate with regional and global Product teams to secure pricing and allocation support.
• Ensure pricing aligns with internal margin guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer commitments.
• Monitor rate validity, surcharge changes, GRIs, PSS, BAF, EFS, and other accessorial charges.
• Support reporting on pricing activity, win/loss analysis, and customer volume performance.
• Communicate clearly with Sales and Operations regarding pricing assumptions, validity, exceptions, and required follow-up.

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting ocean freight pricing activities, carrier cost analysis, RFQ responses, and internal pricing governance. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and carrier partners to ensure competitive and profitable ocean pricing solutions are provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ocean freight rates, surcharges, market trends, and carrier cost structures.
• Prepare pricing for customer RFQs, spot quotes, and contract opportunities.
• Support ocean product strategy by identifying market gaps, margin risks, and carrier competitiveness.
• Maintain and update ocean rate files, tariffs, and pricing tools.

• Knowledge of CargoWise, Freightos/WebCargo, CargoSphere, or similar systems is a plus.
