• Experience in ocean freight forwarding or tender management.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight terminology and rate structures.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.

• Experience with RFQ platforms and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean tender intake and coordination across internal stakeholders.
• Analyze tender requirements including lanes, volumes, and service terms.
• Coordinate inputs with Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and regional teams.
• Track timelines, milestones, and submission deadlines.
• Consolidate pricing, terms, and exceptions for final submission.
• Support bid strategy by identifying lanes, risks, and margins.
• Maintain tender trackers, bid files, and templates.
• Review submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Support post-award implementation and communication.
