Job summary

KROHNE is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to join our Production Excellence team in the Flow Division in the Netherlands. You will lead industrialization of new flowmeter products from design to production release, aligning with R&D to ensure seamless handoffs from development to manufacturing.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive DFM/DFA improvements, and manage pilot runs, tooling, and training for new products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years' proven project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing.
Strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with R&D.
Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems.
Understanding of production processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality management.
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and risk management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage NPI projects from development to industrialization, ensuring scalable manufacturing.
Collaborate with R&D to align timelines, requirements, and activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Facilitate DFM and DFA to optimize product and process design.
