Job summary

RiboPro in the Netherlands seeks an NPI Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team advancing our RIBOFLUX™ systems. You will develop and industrialize components for the microfluidic core and the surrounding high-tech machine, linking mechanical engineering with life sciences to turn concepts into robust products.

You will lead manufacturing process development, coordinate verification, support suppliers, and drive quality improvements to accelerate time-to-market for innovative biotechnologies.

Qualifications

• At least a BSc in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with new product introduction, preferably plastic products (IM).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• 3+ years in product tolerance analysis, including GD&T.
• 3+ years in DFM(AT) and Quality Control.
• Experience in CAD (3D/2D), preferably SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of plastics joining and production (IM).
• Design of experiments and product verification.
