Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, seeks an Associate NPI Specialist to join our hands-on Operations team. You will own operational readiness for NPIs, support engineers and operators during rollouts, and ensure documentation and training stay up to date for safe, compliant production.

The role requires an MBO-3 degree, at least 5 years’ experience, Dutch A2 and English B1, plus GMP knowledge and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• MBO-3 degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Dutch (A2) and English (B1).
• HS Office suite, data analysis, and business applications skills.
• Familiar with SOPs and GMP, and Code of Conduct adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own operational readiness for NPI campaigns and coordinate activities.
• Review, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and related docs.
• Partner with engineers to implement NPIs with minimal disruption.
• Design and deliver training and supporting materials for new processes.
• Support operators during NPI execution and monitor GMP/safety standards.
