Job summary

Requirements: an MBO-2 diploma with at least 3 years of experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 with at least 5 years. Dutch or English at minimum B1, plus basic MS Office skills; GMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with an MBO-2 diploma, or 5+ years with a non-relevant diploma.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English at B1 or higher.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• GMP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production activities according to GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Operate, monitor, and record downstream processing steps.
• Accurately document process data and report deviations or improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to meet production/quality goals.
• Complete required training and keep knowledge up to date.
• Work in shifts with flexibility for changing priorities.
