Johnson & Johnson seeks an entry-level support professional to assist the Manufacturing Operations team within the Innovative Medicine division. You will follow standard procedures, support internal operations, and maintain quality and timeliness in all deliverables.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a relevant MBO-2 background with 18 months of experience (or 3 years in a non-relevant degree), and the ability to work a shift roster in a Dutch/English environment.

Qualificações

• Relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 18 months’ relevant experience or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• B1 level in Dutch or English is required.
• Computer proficiency: basic MS Office and entry-level business applications.
• Quality oriented and precise; flexible with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the team as an entry-level contributor executing tasks following defined procedures.
• Provides support for internal teams within Operations.
• Ensures accuracy, timeliness and quality of deliverables under supervision.
• Documents day-to-day activities and escalates concerns to leaders as needed.
