Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end production operations, ensuring high‑quality products are made safely and in full cGMP compliance. You will work with cross‑functional teams to meet the Master Production Schedule while promoting continuous improvement.

The role requires a minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, a HBO‑level degree, and strong English/Dutch communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of cGMP, EHS and quality systems in production.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets in line with the Master Production Schedule.
Assign operators, manage resource needs, and ensure adequate assets and staffing levels.
Support the introduction, qualification, and validation of new products and equipment, including training of operators.
Ensure all process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are accurate, current, and completed on time.
Monitor manufacturing performance through data analysis and implement corrective actions.
Lead or support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change management activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes.
