LE LABO is seeking passionate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail setting. A background in beauty sales and a love for niche fragrances, art and craftsmanship are highly valued.

You will embody the downtown lifestyle and craftsmanship, providing authentic, personalized service to every client. The role requires excellent communication, a keen eye for detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during special events in a vibrant store environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty.
• Passion for niche fragrances, art, design and craftsmanship.
• Service expertise in a luxury environment with inspiring, authentic customer service.
• Comfort with the brand values: downtown lifestyle, craftsmanship, alternative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very creative with an eye for detail.
• Willing to work flexible store hours, including evenings, weekends and events.
• Dutch and English language skills.
• Experience with retail POS software is a plus.
