Job summary

Le Labo is seeking a Lab Technician or souls in Emst, Netherlands, to deliver extraordinary customer experiences in a luxury environment. You will engage customers with passion for niche fragrances, craft, and art, and provide in-depth product knowledge.

Your role involves offering personalised service, maintaining brand standards, and helping customers find scents that match their story. Flexibility to work store hours, including evenings and weekends, and fluent Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector).
• Passion for niche fragrance, art and craftsmanship.
• Service-oriented in a luxury environment; provide inspiring, authentic service.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to work flexible store hours.

• 1-2 jaar verkoopervaring (bij voorkeur in de beauty sector)
• Je hebt een passie voor nichegeuren, kunst, design en vakmanschap
• Service-expertise in een luxe omgeving: in staat om inspirerende, authentieke en gepersonaliseerde klantenservice te bieden
• Je kan je vinden in de waarden en normen van het merk: downtown lifestyle, craftsmanship, alternative mindset
• Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
• Je bent zeer creatief en hebt oog voor detail
• Bereid om flexibel te werken tijdens de winkeluren, inclusief avonden, weekends en tijdens speciale evenementen
• Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
• Eerdere ervaring met retail point-of-sale software is een plus
