Le Labo is seeking dedicated Lab Technicians who share our values and are focused on exceeding client expectations in a luxury retail setting. You will provide exceptional service, showcase product knowledge, and contribute to a premium shopping experience for every guest.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of sales experience, a passion for niche fragrances and craftsmanship, and be fluent in Dutch and English. Flexibility to work store hours, including evenings and events, is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience (preferably in beauty or luxury)
• Passion for niche fragrance, art and craftsmanship
• Service excellence in a luxurious environment with personalized customer care
• Align with brand values: downtown lifestyle, craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative with attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible store hours incl. evenings, weekends, events
• Dutch and English language skills
• Experience with retail POS software is a plus
