Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a cross-functional services engineer, specialist or architect to own end-to-end incidents, changes and service improvements that span infrastructure, cloud, security, database, network and platform teams in the Netherlands.

The role emphasizes collaboration across towers, governance, runbooks, automation, and complex client escalations, with senior levels defining architecture principles and cross-technology integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management and service integration across multiple towers.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes and service improvements end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration across infrastructure, cloud, security and network teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across multiple infrastructure and platform teams.
• Investigate incidents with dependencies across technology domains.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of risks, actions and service impact.
• Support complex changes, migrations and service transitions.
• Ensure clear cross-domain responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Review solutions for operational readiness and supportability.
• Lead cross-tower corrective actions for systemic issues.
• Develop runbooks, support models and technical documentation.
• Improve collaboration and handover between towers.
• Support major incidents and client escalations.
• At senior levels, lead service integration and governance activities.
• At L5, define cross-technology architecture and service-integration principles.
