Qualifications

• Prior experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on technical experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite modules and Finance processes.
• Experience supporting NetSuite end users.
• Ideally prior NetSuite project experience, e.g. module rollouts, improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP solution
• Be the NetSuite SME
• Provide NetSuite Administration, End user Support (1st / 2nd level) and system training
• Troubleshooting NetSuite issues, escalating as needed
• Requirements Gathering with Business stakeholders to identify system and process improvements
