Job summary

Itworksrec in the Netherlands is seeking a NetSuite Support Consultant to provide functional support to NetSuite customers, troubleshoot issues via ticketing systems, email and phone, and configure NetSuite to meet customer requirements.

You will create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports and Dashboards, manage user accounts and permissions, and support data imports and basic system administration while collaborating with technical consultants on complex issues.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience in NetSuite Support, NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant roles.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite Financials.

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing Oracle NetSuite consultancy that is looking to hire a NetSuite Support Consultant to join its expanding team in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working directly with customers, and helping organisations get the most from their NetSuite investment. You'll work across a variety of industries, providing day-to-day support while also contributing to system improvements and optimisation projects.

The Role

About You

• Experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards and SuiteFlow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
