Mindspace Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a Regional Lead – Netherlands to drive end-to-end performance of the Dutch market. You will oversee Sales, Operations, Community, and Member Experience, leading teams across multiple locations to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional hospitality.

You will shape the transformation strategy, manage a market-level P&L, and partner with HR and global teams to build capabilities for the market’s next phase.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall performance of Mindspace Netherlands, including revenue, occupancy, retention, profitability and ops excellence across all locations.
• Lead transformation initiative for the Dutch market and drive commercial performance.
• Manage local Sales, Community and Operations teams with a high-performance culture.
• Drive sales pipeline management, pricing, forecasting and market growth.
• Own market-level P&L, budgets, forecasting and KPIs; improve profitability and revenue quality.
• Ensure high operational and hospitality standards across Mindspace locations in NL.
• Develop and retain local leaders and teams; collaborate with HR for capability building.
• Build relationships with members, enterprise clients, brokers, landlords, partners and stakeholders.
• Support new location launches and expansion; collaborate with Real Estate, Design, Ops, and global teams.
