Job summary

Lodiers & Partners, an international family-owned technology company, seeks a General Manager for its Dutch operation. You will lead the team, drive operational excellence, manage budgeting and forecasting, and align local activities with the group’s global strategy.

You will shape the organisation, enhance performance, develop markets, and maintain a hands-on leadership style while working with fellow MDs and group functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Experience developing markets and identifying growth opportunities in a technical B2B environment.
• Experience in leading a project-driven organisation and balancing commercial with operational excellence.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
