Onyx Power seeks a Country Lead for Public & Regulatory Affairs in the Netherlands. The role leads public and regulatory affairs, stakeholder management with government, regulators, and industry bodies, and translates policy developments into opportunities and risks for the Rotterdam site.

Reporting to Head of Public & Regulatory Affairs in Berlin, with no direct reports initially, the role requires Dutch and English working proficiency (German preferred) and base in Rotterdam with travel to The

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business economics, political science, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Dutch energy policy, regulation or public affairs.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch political and regulatory environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee key regulatory affairs activities to navigate policy environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, regulators, Port of Rotterdam and industry groups.
• Develop and execute public affairs initiatives and advocacy strategies.
• Monitor Dutch and European policy developments and advise on risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Group Communications on media relations and stakeholder materials.
• Produce reports, briefings and publications for decision-making.
