Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a People Partner for the Netherlands. You will advise managers, handle complex employee relations, and ensure compliance with Dutch employment rules across 500+ employees.

You will also partner with HRBPs on people strategies, drive Netherlands initiatives, and support Workday HRIS and OR processes. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Experience advising managers on performance and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and OR consultation.
• Experience partnering with Works Councils and HRBPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor for managers, employees and stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Independently manage full spectrum employee relations cases with high complexity.
• Provide local expertise on Dutch employment law, OR consultations, immigration and HRIS.
• Lead Netherlands-specific initiatives, audits, and local HR process improvements.
• Partner with HRBPs to implement people strategies and workforce planning.
