Job summary

Assai Software is seeking an experienced People Partner to join the People & Culture team in the Netherlands. You will be the trusted HR advisor to managers, drive performance and engagement, and lead cross‑functional HR projects across our international offices.

With 5+ years in HR and a solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, you will own the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliant HR practices while supporting growth and transformation. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with business partnering.
• Experience managing HR projects independently.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in an international and/or SaaS environment is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted HR advisor for managers across the business.
• Drive performance, development and employee engagement.
• Lead People projects from idea to implementation.
• Support onboarding to offboarding across international offices.
• Ensure accurate HR administration, contracts and payroll coordination.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and Legal.
